THE LOAN PROCESS
BROWSE: Discover beautiful, handcrafted wedding dresses on the E-BOUTIQUE page of our website
SELECT: Choose up to three designs - email through your choices, or use the form below, along with your measurements for Bust / Waist /Hip to email@example.com,. Your credit card details will also be needed for this service.
BORROW: We’ll pack and send you a sample of the dresses closest to your measurements
* A fee of $50 per dress will be charged to your credit card.
* A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card (50% of the price of the dresses) until the pieces are returned to our Sydney office.
* Loan orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. Dresses are generally shipped on a Monday after a loan order has been placed, to be returned by Friday of the same week.
RECEIVE: We’ll send the dress to your desired address.
TRY: You have 48 hours to try your favourite pieces on at home with friends and family.
DECIDE: Pack your loan gowns and get ready to order your own chosen wedding dress.
PACK: Carefully place the dress back in the delivery box
SEND: Take the enclosed satchel to your closest post office and have it scanned by a postal worker
ORDER: Email or call us to order your own beautiful wedding dress, handmade in Australia to your closest size.
THE FINER DETAILS:
The Cost Breakdown: There is a cost of $50 per dress; up to 3 are allowed. If you loved the sample and decide to order one of our made-to-order dresses, we’ll credit all Home Try-on costs for the first three samples loaned. Super easy.
Shipping: If you end up choosing a dress, Shipping is free both ways. Ship back the loaned gowns within 2 days.
For each day in excess of 48 hours that dresses are kept, there is a $40 daily rate charged to your credit card. On the fifth day, if the dresses are still not returned, the full amount of each dress is charged.
Domestic clients are required to take the package in to the post office, and manually hand it to the clerk to scan the pre-paid satchel. Failing to do so, may result in a lost package. Amy New Bridal is not responsible for lost packages. If the package is lost the customer is liable for the full price of the dress.
If the gowns is not for me? We wish you could have found ‘the-one’ with us, however, please Send the dress back as outlined in our policy, and once we receive the dress back in the original condition in which it was sent, the temporary hold placed on your credit card will be removed. The $50 per dress loan-fee initially paid is non-refundable.
Damaged gowns: for gowns that are returned to us damaged or soiled, a cleaning fee of $85 per dress will apply and will be charged to the credit card originally provided.
